The idea of the challenge is to encourage people to build model aircraft. This is not a competition and you will not be judged on your building skill. This is about fun, fellowship, and the challenge of a maiden flight in front of your fellow club members, come what may. We encourage you to build, share, and create a platform to help each other out with tips and techniques, and promote the camaraderie and fun of the hobby.
The Rules
- Must never been flown before by the owner
- Can be made of anything
- Can be a multi-year project
- Can be built by one (or more) person, and flown by another
- One entry per builder
Each person will be given an opportunity to briefly address spectators and tell about the build.
