The STOL (Short Take-Off & Landing) Race is an event that was conjured up on short notice last year. This event is inspired by the STOL Drag races that feature full sized manned STOL aircraft designed to improve back country piloting skills. Here is a link to some YouTube video of the full-size event. Last year’s event fell on bad weather and so was not well attended. As a result we don’t have a lot of content to show yet. We look forward to this year’s event.
